1What the site is
Rulebook Shelf is an independent information site that describes free browser games. It does not host or sell any game. You use it at your own discretion.
2Game names and images
Game names and logos belong to their developers and publishers, and so do any images of the games. They appear here only to identify the game being described. Rulebook Shelf is not affiliated with those developers and does not speak for them.
3Links and commissions
Links to games open the games' own sites in a new tab. We may earn a commission if you open an account there. The same goes for a purchase. We don't control those sites, and their own terms apply once you arrive.
4Information only
The cards describe a game as we understand it. Games change their rules and prices without telling us, and their ads too. Check the game's own site before you open an account. Do the same before you spend money. Nothing here is advice.
5Not a gambling site
The site doesn't offer gambling or betting. It offers no prizes either, and the games it describes were chosen for not being any of those.
6Limits
We take reasonable care, but the site is provided as it is. We aren't responsible for what the games or their sites do. Nor are we responsible for loss that comes from relying on a card.
7Our content
The text on this site is ours, and so are the drawings. Please don't copy them wholesale. Short quotes with a link back are fine.
8Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws that apply in Canada. If one part turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stands.
