1What this site collects
Rulebook Shelf has no accounts and no forms. It has no comments or analytics either. We don't run tracking scripts, and no advertising or social-media code is loaded on these pages. We do not set cookies.
2Server logs
Like any website, the server that delivers these pages receives your IP address and basic request details (the page asked for, the browser's name, the time). Our hosting provider may keep these logs for security and to keep the site running. We don't use them to identify visitors.
3Email
If you email [email protected], we get your address and whatever you write. We use it to answer you, keep the message as long as needed to deal with it, and delete it afterwards on request. We don't sell it or share it for marketing.
4Links to other sites
The cards link to the websites of the games. Once you click, you're on a different site with its own rules on cookies and personal information, and we have no control over those. Read each game's privacy policy before you create an account.
5Your rights in Canada
Under the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and in Quebec under the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25), you can ask what personal information we hold about you and have it corrected or deleted. You can also withdraw consent. Send the request to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or, in Quebec, to the Commission d'accès à l'information.
6Age
The site is meant for people 13 and over. We never ask you for a password, and we never ask for card numbers or identity documents. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
7Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
